Files in the library get replaced from time to time, usually because a better copy of a title became available. That means things can go missing briefly while the library re-scans. Most "missing" reports are that, and they fix themselves.
A show, movie or episode is missing
Titles are regularly replaced with newer files that better match the quality and selection criteria. While a replacement is being scanned in there can be a gap of up to 24 hours where the old file is gone and the new one isn't listed yet.
Wait 24 hours and check again. If it's still missing after that, tell support the show and season or episode (or the movie) and it gets flagged.
An episode is the wrong version, language or mislabelled
Report the exact show, season and episode number. A mislabelled or wrong-version episode gets flagged and replaced.
If the audio is in the wrong language, check the app's audio setting for that playback first. It's a per-device setting and can be changed mid-episode — see Emby App Settings.
Asking for something that isn't there
New releases listed on themoviedb.org and thetvdb.com are searched for and added daily, so check there first. If it's listed, it's probably already on its way in.
If it's past its digital release date and still isn't in the library, send the link from the above websites in a support ticket and it can be looked at.
